Etai BenShlomo (former Boq – Broadway, 1st Ntl. Tour) will be performing the role of Arthur in a new musical called FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE. This is a co-production between the Dallas Theater Center and New York’s Public Theater.
This musical, based off the book by Jonathan Lethem, will run from March 7 to April 6.
According to the press release, FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE is a “heartbreakingly beautiful tale of the childhood friendship between Dylan Ebdus and Mingus Rude, set against the backdrop of the musical landscape of the end of the twentieth century. It is a story of 1970s Brooklyn and beyond – of black and white, soul and rap, block parties and blackouts, friendship and betrayal, comic books and 45s.”
