Tiffany Haas (s/b Glinda – Broadway; former Glinda – 2nd Ntl Tour; former ensemble, u/s Glinda, u/s Nessarose – 2nd Ntl. Tour; former swing, u/s Nessarose – Broadway) will perform in BROADWAY SESSIONS on March 7. BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (original ensemble, u/s Witch’s Father – Broadway, Pre-Broadway).
BROADWAY SESSIONS takes place every Thursday evening at the Laurie Beechman Theatre inside the West Bank Café located at 407 West 42nd Street (corner of 42nd Street and 9th Avenue). Doors open at 10:30 PM, with showtime at 11 PM and a musical theatre open mic party that goes until 2 AM. There are $5 drink specials all night and a $5 cover, which includes a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Vivino and Haas to Perform at National Museum of American History

Donna Vivino (s/b Elphaba – Broadway; former Elphaba, former s/b Elphaba – 1st Ntl. Tour) and Tiffany Haas (s/b Glinda – Broadway; former Glinda, former ensemble, u/s Glinda, u/s Nessarose – 2nd Ntl. Tour; former swing, u/s Nessarose – Broadway, 2nd Ntl. Tour) will perform at SOMETHING WICKED THIS WAY COMES. This is a special performance at the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC to celebrate the donation of an Elphaba Act 2 dress and broom to the museum. In addition to Vivino and Haas, WICKED costume designer Susan Hilferty will also be present.
This free event is scheduled for 11:15 AM on December 17.

Tiffany Haas to Join Broadway Company as Glinda Standby

Tiffany Haas (former Glinda, ensemble, u/s Glinda, Nessarose – 2nd Ntl. Tour; former swing, u/s Nessarose – Broadway) will join the Broadway company of WICKED on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, taking on the position of standby for Glinda. She replaces Kate Fahrner, who has been the Broadway Glinda standby since August 2011.
Ms. Haas joins after a nine month run as Glinda on the 2nd National Tour, concluding in June 2012.

Tiffany Haas (former Glinda, former ensemble, u/s Glinda, u/s Nessarose, former swing, u/s Nessarose - 2nd Ntl. Tour, Broadway) was in the ensemble, a Dance Captain, and an understudy for the role of Janet van de Graaf in the 1st Ntl. Tour of THE DROWSY CHAPERONE. Additionally, she was the choreographer for the 2nd Ntl. Tour of THE DROWSY CHAPERONE.
George Hearn (former The Wizard – Broadway) guest starred on an episode of the television series Golden Girls, on which the late Rue McClanahan (former Madame Morrible – Broadway) was a series regular. The episode revolved around a musical version of the children’s story Henny Penny.
Miriam Margolyes (former Madame Morrible – Broadway, West End) appeared as Professor Pomona Sprout in the films Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.

Tour), Alexis Carra (former swing, u/s Witch’s Mother – 1st Ntl. Tour, Los Angeles, Chicago, Broadway), Daniel Torres (former ensemble, u/s Fiyero – 2nd Ntl. Tour), and Briana Yacavone (former swing, u/s Nessarose, u/s Midwife – Broadway; former Nessarose – Los Angeles) were all featured in the original Broadway cast of THE PIRATE QUEEN.

Jeanna de Waal will be joining the 2nd National Tour of “Wicked” in East Lansing, MI as “Glinda” on June 27, 2102, replacing Tiffany Haas. Ms. de Waal has appeared in AMERICAN IDIOT on Broadway and the recent Off-Broadway revival of CARRIE.
Also joining the cast are Jane Brockman as the Midwife and understudy for Madame Morrible, and Michael Wartella as Boq, replacing Linda Griffin and Dan Pacheco, respectively. Ms. Brockman appeared on the 1st National Tour of THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA and Mr. Wartella recently appeared as “Steve” in the Off-Broadway revival of RENT.
