Stefanie Brown (former Nessarose – 1st Ntl. Tour; former ensemble, u/s Glinda, u/s Nessarose – 1st Ntl. Tour), Lesley McKinnell (former ensemble, u/s Glinda – 1st Ntl. Tour; former ensemble, u/s Glinda, u/s Nessarose – 2nd Ntl. Tour; former swing, u/s Nessarose – 1st Ntl. Tour), and Stephanie Torns (former s/b Elphaba – 2nd Ntl. Tour; former ensemble, u/s Elphaba – Broadway, 1st Ntl. Tour) will perform in the upcoming cabaret, GLITTER AND BE GREEN. This event is set for 9:30 PM on January 14 at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City. GLITTER AND BE GREEN will feature musical direction by Benjamin Rauhala and will include many trios, medleys and mash-ups of Stephen Schwartz tunes, musical theatre classics, as well as Disney and pop songs.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located at 407 West 42nd Street. There will be a $12 cover charge, plus a $15 food/beverage minimum. For reservations, call (212) 695-6909.

Gina Ferrall has replaced Marilyn Caskey as Madame Morrible.

Jay Russell has replaced Timothy Britten Parker as Doctor Dillamond.

Alyssa Fox has replaced Stephanie Torns as the standby for Elphaba.

Joel Ingram has replaced KJ Hippensteel in the ensemble and as an understudy for Fiyero and the Witch’s Father/Ozian Official.

Allison Leo temporarily replaced Kerry Blanchard in the ensemble and as the Witch’s Mother the previous week. Ms. Blanchard has since returned to the company.

Nicky Venditti has joined the company as a swing.

Alyssa Fox

Alyssa Fox (former ensemble, u/s Elphaba – San Francisco) will be joining the 2nd National Tour of “Wicked” as the standby for Elphaba on October 3, 2012 in Baltimore, MD. She replaces Stephanie Torns (s/b Elphaba – 2nd Nat’l Tour; former ensemble, u/s Elphaba – Broadway, 1st Nat’l Tour), who leaves on September 30, 2012 in Louisville, KY. Ms. Torns will have been with the show for nearly four years when she departs, having performed as Elphaba in each of the current open American companies.

Stephanie Torns (former ensemble, u/s Elphaba – Broadway, 1st National Tour) will be succeeding Christine Dwyer (s/b Elphaba – 2nd Ntl. Tour; former ensemble, u/s Elphaba – 2nd Ntl. Tour) as the standby for Elphaba on the 2nd National Tour of “Wicked” on December 20, 2011.

This will give Ms. Torns the distinctive honor of joining Marcie Dodd (former Elphaba – San Francisco, 2NT, Broadway; Elphaba s/b – Los Angeles; former Nessarose – Los Angeles; former u/s Elphaba & Nessraose – 1NT) as one of two ladies who have performed the role of Elphaba in all three currently opened United States productions.

Caroline Bowman has replaced Stephanie Torns in the ensemble and as an understudy for Elphaba.

Maia Evwaraye-Griffin has returned to the ensemble, replacing Kristina Fernandez.

Brian Munn has replaced Anthony Galde as a swing and understudy for The Wizard and Dr. Dillamond.

Heather Spore has returned in the ensemble and as an understudy for Glinda. Amanda Rose, who was a temporary replacement for her, has left the production.

Briana Yacavone, who was a swing and understudy for Nessarose, has left the production.

1st National Touring Production

Katie Rose Clarke has replaced Amanda Jane Cooper as Glinda.

Kyle Dean Massey has replaced Colin Hanlon as Fiyero.

Nicky Venditti has joined the cast as a swing and understudy for Chistrey.
