Donna Vivino Set For Cutting-Edgge Composers Concert
0Donna Vivino (s/b Elphaba – Broadway; former Elphaba, s/b Elphaba – 1st Ntl. Tour) will be featured in the upcoming CUTTING-EDGE COMPOSERS CONCERT. Several up-and-coming musical theatre composers will be featured in the concert, including Joey Contreras, Drew Gasparini, Paul Loesel and Scott Burkell, as well as several others. The concert will be performed on July 23 at 7 PM and 9:30 PM at the Theatre at St. Clement’s in New York City. This concert is directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto and is co-produced by Jillian Robbins, as a part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival. For tickets and more information, visit NYMF.org.
BenShlomo, Federer, Northen, Hanlon, and Vivino Set for “If It Only Even Runs A Minute” Concert
2Five “Wicked” alumni will be featured in the next edition of “If It Only Even Runs A Minute,” a series that offers rare songs and behind-the-scenes tales from musicals that may have not been fully appreciated when they opened. The event will be presented on June 17, 2012 at 7 PM and 10 PM at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City. This event is only open to those 18 years of age or older.
The 7 PM concert will feature Etai BenShlomo (Boq – Broadway; former Boq – 1st Ntl. Tour, San Francisco), Michelle Federer (original Nessarose – Broadway, Pre-Broadway), and Lindsay K. Northen (ensemble, u/s Glinda – Broadway). The 10 PM concert will feature Colin Hanlon (former Fiyero – 1st Ntl. Tour) and Donna Vivino (s/b Elphaba – Broadway; former Elphaba, former s/b Elphaba – 1st Ntl. Tour).
Le Poisson Rouge is located at 158 Bleecker Street in Manhattan. Tickets are priced $20 and there is a two-item food/drink minimum. For tickets and more information, please visit this link.

0If you haven’t yet, we encourage you to vote for Donna Vivino (s/b Elphaba – Broadway; former Elphaba, s/b Elphaba – 1NT) this week in the Broadway Hunger Games Semi-Finals. The voting for this ends on Sunday, April 29th at 4:00 PM.
Here are the rules for voting, taken from this link:
1. As always, you can just simply VOTE! In a comment below [note from Innuendo & Outuendo: You'll need to click on the link above] (preferred method, easier for us to track) or in a Twitter comment give the name of the person you want to vote for. If you choose to post on Twitter, you must tag @BroadwaySpotted or #BroadwayHungerGames. This earns that tribute ONE POINT.
2. To add an extra point to the above vote, you may include a link to a video or a description of why you believe your Tribute should be Victor (for example: they belt the best, they dance the best, or the do something better than anyone. Come up with your own reason). This earns that tribute ONE EXTRA POINT.
3. A “mentor” (anyone who has been in a Broadway show, off-Broadway show, or on a National tour counts as a mentor) may vote for any Tribute by commenting or tweeting. This earns that tribute TWO POINTS.
4. If the above mentioned mentor makes a video, this earns that tribute FOUR POINTS (per mentor in the video).
5. If the tribute makes a video themselves they will receive FIVE POINTS (however, you may only get these five points ONCE in this round).
6. Finally, if a citizen of the capitol (any fan) chooses to make a video in support of their tribute, that tribute will receive THREE POINTS per capitol citizen in the video. However, in the video you must mention the following: The name of your Tribute, the District your Tribute comes from, WHY they should win the Hunger Games and BroadwaySpotted.com

Donna Vivino (former Elphaba – 1st Ntl. Tour; former s/b Elphaba – 1st Ntl. Tour) has replaced Jennifer DiNoia (former s/b Elphaba – Broadway; former former s/b Elphaba, ensemble, u/s Elphaba, u/s Nessarose – Chicago) as the standby for Elphaba.
Kate Fahrner (former Glinda – Chicago; former ensemble, u/s Glinda, Nessarose – Chicago) has replaced Laura Woyasz (former s/b Glinda – Broadway; former s/b Glinda – Los Angeles; former ensemble, u/s Glinda – 1st Ntl. Tour) as the standby for Glinda.
