Teal Wicks (former Elphaba – Broadway, San Francisco, Los Angeles; former s/b Elphaba – Los Angeles) has played the role of a leading woman in two musicals composed by Stephen Schwartz: WICKED and PIPPIN, as Elphaba and Catherine, respectively.

Michelle Federer (original Nessarose – pre-Broadway, Broadway) was the longest running principle original cast member in the Broadway production of WICKED.
Coleen Sexton (1 Ntl. Tour former s/b Elphaba), Constantine Rousouli (former ensemble, u/s Fiyero – Broadway), and Lauren Ashley Zakrin (former ensemble, u/s Glinda – 1st Ntl. Tour) performed together in LEGALLY BLONDE.
Renee Armstrong (former ensemble Melbourne, Sydney), Laura Bell Bundy (s/b Glinda – Original Broadway Cast), and Zoë Rainey (former Nessarose – West End) have all performed as Amber is “Hairspray.” Richard H. Blake (Fiyero – Broadway; former Fiyero – 1st Ntl. Tour) and Aaron Tveit (former Fiyero - Broadway) have both performed as Link in HAIRSPRAY.

Along with fellow WICKED alums Aaron Tveit, Gina Beck, and Alexia Khadime, Kerry Ellis (former Elphaba – West End, Broadway; former s/b Elphaba – West End) joins the movie musical of LES MISERABLES. While Mr. Tveit will play “Enjolras”, Ms. Ellis, Ms. Khadime, and Ms. Beck will have smaller roles in the film. The film is set to be released later this year.

Gina Beck (Glinda – West End) and Alexia Khadime (former Elphaba – West End) have landed small roles in the upcoming LES MISERABLES movie musical. They join WICKED alum Aaron Tveit (former Fiyero – Broadway), who is playing “Enjolras” (as we announced previously). Congratulations to Ms. Beck and Ms. Khadime!

0- Gina Beck (Glinda – West End) was a voice on many English learning tapes created by Pearson Education, a popular textbook company.
- Aaron Tveit (former Fiyero - Broadway) played basketball, golf, and soccer in high school and while still performing in multiple theatre productions each year.
- Kristine Reese (former Nessarose – 2nd Ntl. Tour, 1st Ntl. Tour; former swing; u/s Nessarose – 1st Ntl. Tour) was the only “Wicked” alum or cast member involved with the 2006 revival of “Les Misérables”.

Aaron Tveit (former Fiyero – Broadway) has been cast as revolutionary leader Enjolras in the upcoming film version of the musical LES MISERABLES. The film is set to began filming in March 2012. Congratulations to Mr. Tveit!

2TV star Jackée Harry was once rumored to play Madame Morrible on tour. She confirmed the rumor, but it unfortunately fell through.
Aaron Tveit (former Fiyero – Broadway), Kyle Dean Massey (Fiyero – 1NT; former Fiyero – Broadway; former ensemble & u/s Fiyero – Broadway, 1NT), Brian Crum (former ensemble - Chicago, Broadway, 1NT, and Alex Brightman (former Boq – Broadway) have all been in productions of the musical next to normal. Additionally, Annaleigh Ashford (former Glinda – Chicago, Broadway; former ensemble & u/s Glinda – 1NT) was in a workshop of the show when it was previously titled Feeling Electric.
Ben Vereen (former Wizard – Broadway) was in the original Broadway cast of the groundbreaking musical, Hair.
Aaron Tveit & Telly Leung to perform in “Rent” at Hollywood Bowl
0We have just learned the Wicked alumni Aaron Tveit (former Fiyero – Broadway Production) will be playing the role of Roger in the Hollywood Bowl production of “Rent”, set for August 6, 7, and 8, 2010. Also in this production is Telly Leung (former Boq – Chicago Production) as Angel. They joins a cast that also includes Skylar Astin as Mark, Wayne Brady as Tom Collins, Tracie Thomas as Joanne, and Gwen Stewart as the Seasons of Love Soloist. The production will be directed by Neil Patrick Harris.
