Just a reminder to everyone – the end of the “VOTE WICKED” contest, sponsored by the West End Production of “Wicked”, is coming up. The last day to participate is on Wednesday, March 17. I am now initiating our new fan interview contest, and of course, anyone who has already completed an interview is automatically entered into the new one. The deadline to submit your fan interview for this contest is June 20, 2010. This will be our Spring Contest.

Once again, the prize will be a $30 gift card to your choice of Playbill or Ticketmaster. However; selection will be different this time. Beginning June 20, we will have a sidebar with a list of those who have completed interviews, each of which will be assigned a number. Each day, I will draw a number out of a bucket, and that number (and person) will be eliminated from the running. This will build suspense and make the final selection even more fun. As a bonus, if I have more than thirty names in the running, I will add a second prize of some sort.

Congratulations to Patricia, who has won our fan interview contest for Winter 2009-2010. As many remember, I posted an article in December allowing those who completed fan interviews by February 10, 2010 to be entered into a drawing for a $30 TicketMaster or Playbill.com gift card. How did we select the winner? It was a highly scientific process involving the square root of irrational numbers…or perhaps I just had my dad pick a number between one and fourteen.
