Innuendo & Outuendo was founded in November 2009 by Isaac Evans, who currently serves as editor-in-chief on the site. Following the initial success of the website, the decision was made in January 2010 to move the site over to a permanent domain name and WordPress blogging software. We hope that this move will promote further growth throughout the years.
