Amanda Flynn (former ensemble, u/s Glinda – Los Angeles) will be performing in MONSTERSONGS at (le) Poisson Rouge on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 10:00 pm.
The press release describes the event as “an exciting new piece of theatre combining live rock concept-album and graphic novel—all from the point of view of misunderstood monsters. Featuring a score from award-winning composer/lyricist Rob Rokicki, additional lyrics by Joe Iconis, and illustrations by Dave O’Neill of the popular Shankman & O’Neill children’s book series, the show is a silly, scary, heartbreaking, and hilarious multimedia experience.”
Monstersongs features a talented ensemble cast directed by MK Lawson. Performers include Max Crumm, Katrina Rose Dideriksen, Daniel Everidge, Bethany Fagan, Amanda Flynn, Kenny Franceour, Molly Hager, Drew B. James, Lauren Marcus, Megan Mekjian, Jeremy Morse, Rob Rokicki, Taylor Trensch, Victoria Weinberg, and Jason “SweetTooth” Williams. Additional casting will be announced soon.
